Designed
and developed an interface to provide customer service writers with access to
claim information contained within an IMS Database. Once a working template was
created, customers worked closely with the developers to design the front end
in accordance with the most common business functions. The result was a
powerful, user-friendly interface that exceeded the customer's expectation.
